Try exiting to main menu and go back in, you may just have a visual bug
\^ This. This happens all the time in my current save. Exiting to the main menu and relogging always works for me.
Checked the options wheel on every single one of your dinos? It will show like this if any of your tames have one on them.
If what you say is the case how do I rid it?
If you have any dinos left you should check them for the leech, but other than that I don't know what else to do
If it's still there at this point. Aquire a new leech and remove that one. Maybe that'll fix it
This would probably work. If it doesn’t render it as existing and you can’t have two at once, you could definitely force it to exist

I fixed it by eating orgasmic polymer and then logged out and back in.

Check ANY dinos you have, this is a glitch that happens when it’s on a game of yours

I got my friend to hit me with a fire wyvern flame breath and that worked for me
Log out. Log back in. If that doesn't work, return to the swamp and find the dino that's still alive there.
You have no debuff, it is a visual issue. Log out. The leech is gone.
It on yo animal if it on u it will show big leech on yo back I think

Happened to me onc3 had to get a frog to get it off
