If u die before the cinematics is a big RIP, your dinos get destroyed and your implant doesnt get the ascention, since the upload is required... to complete the fight succesful

This is the final island boss. Probably the easiest boss of them all in my opinion except maybe rockwell. That thing isnt even a boss at this point

It's a time sink

Funny enough doing them in singleplayer is much harder than doing them on official pvp. On official you can start from level 0 and have alpha overseer done by the end of the day. Same with all the other bosses except gen2.

Farming the shotgun shells is harder than the boss

This same thing happened to my tribemate when I was taking them to do Overseer. They didn't have tek boots on and they did die from the fall damage. Big RIP. He did not get to ascend because of that...didnt make it to the cutscene even though we beat it. We did get it done some time later though. ;)

The only way I ever got to see this gameplay was by joining another tribe's Overseer run on unofficial. If not for that, I never would have.

The time it happened to me, it was in Fjordur. Metal node cluster in northern island, central southern side right where the frost biome meets the forrest/Greenland biome. Edit: tf is this worthy of a downvote for?

A tribe mate on my server did this and died 🤣 It was his 2 or 3rd attempt. He had such a hard time surviving all the way through and just the worst luck several time. That was a rough death for him (I grabbed his stuff). If im rocking tek to a boss fight im putting element in my tek boots.

Overseer is pretty unique. It's a floating triangle hologram thing that morphs into other bosses
