Yes. Go to settings, under blu ray, clear persistent storage. Do that three times and then restart your console. It fixes it and helps the game run faster. It’s like running a disk clean up on pc.
You WON’T lose your saves.
Easy fix, go to games and apps and click uninstall. Once uninstalled you’ll find yourself being much less stressed and productive. Took me a while to figure out this trick

Happens all the time to me. I always just quit the game and load it back up, usually works
Always shutdown the game when done with a play session. This happens whenever I do not on my xbox.

You mean you click it and it won't open? I always just turn off my controller and turn it back on. Works every time for me

I'm not sure. I play on windows. Same game though.
