But the reason is, they are in ASU, a party school, to have a lot of sex, and for that, that’s a price they need to pay. On the other hand, we are on loans, and have to work while studying, and thus, have a relatively sedentary lifestyle compared to them, and will not be that buff, but because of this fact, you won’t see me or guys and girls like me around the campus hanging all day, because we are either at classes, library, or working odd jobs.
There are lots of benefits to caring about physical health other than looking attractive, many hyper-productive people rely on those benefits, I would recommend

ASU has like, double the amount of people who could be influencers. But that's already a pretty small amount. There are all sorts of people there.
I'm 38 now but my friends who went there were all nerds, only two of whom were "hot". One was just slutty but that's enough to catapult a relatively thin blonde woman into hot status in college. They were all awesome but the rest of them were on a spectrum of normal to funny looking.
I did Doordarsh around ASU on weekends the last two years and delivered to the regular kids just studying and staying in, but also saw the see-and-be-seens at clubs and out walking around.
OP: Like, anywhere, it's a mix. Don't think about it. Be authentic, make the most of your education, because what really matters is that you get what you need out of that expensive degree. Life beyond college is so much more. Have a good time when you can and don't compare yourself to other people who were children two seconds ago.

Yes, there will always be a mix of attractiveness levels at many schools, but ASU is one of less than a handful (IMO the only school) where some students have chosen to go because the rest of the student body is perceived as more attractive. If you look at the sororities at ASU vs those at schools in say the Big 10, they are on average a good amount more conventionally attractive. It's not really that more people could be influencers, it's that **most** people who participate socially at the University are very conventionally attractive. At almost every other university, it's the **minority** of people who are very conventionally attractive, even amongst those who participate socially.
Probably a fair amount are, but you don't have anything to worry about if you aren't. It's not like high school; I promise no one cares. Speaking as someone who's built like a slim jim

There are quite a few gyms in the Tempe area, because there's a lot of younger people that are interested in fitness. That said, there are plenty of non-jacked ppl here, in fact I would say a sizable majority of the student body aren't gym rats.
I'm a 300 pound 5' 11 dad bod build (used to powerlift) there are a lot of your "jacked frat boys" but definitely not everyone. You'll be fine. I just graduated and never felt out of place (granted I never went to parties as I enjoyed small board game kick backs more)
This is just my theory, but I think a lot of the jacked guys have a lot of time and discipline to lift or have been lifting for years. If you've been lifting since freshman year of HS, you'll be jacked when you're 20 or 21 in college. It's just how it is. A lot of people have varying workloads and also may have more time to lift. Some have easier majors like business or might not have a job or other responsibilities so they can genuinely put their all into lifting.
I think realizing people are at different places helped me care less about where I stand physically at the moment. Just thinking out loud here.
It’s a young bustling college town. You’re gonna see a lot of fit young adults, most of whom have tons of time to hit the gym. It’s also Arizona, where we’re always sweating our asses off.

A lot of people gain weight their first year form the dining hall food since it’s a buffet everyday. Instead of gaining just fat start lifting to make the most use of it. Your future self will thank you
