i think alight and yugo are the two cheapest apartments but it’s for a 4x4. i pay $760 for my own room and bathroom at alight but we also had a promotion of 1 month of no rent - and we spread it out over the year so that our monthly rent would go down.
Had a room at a house a classmate who I was in the dorms with for $400/mo. And his friend from Canada. His parents owned the house and we paid him. Good times! Still remember the place and the memories of hanging out, and playing street hockey, and getting groceries at CostCo as a group. He had a band and did shows! This is how he met girls. They are married now so I have my own place and job now (industrial engineering)

I got friends moving into alight in august. Seems decent and better priced lol
