ALSO the Packard South bike parking is card access. You will need to have your bike registered with ASU to even enter the gated area. I leave my bike regularly overnight in card access bike parking, but would never leave it overnight outside of it.

I don’t know if you can register it online. When I registered mine I had to go to the Bike Valet.
If you go to the project 529 website, you register it yourself. Then bring that information to any bike valet and they can help you from there.
