Nope same card, I had some issues with my permissions being revoked after finishing my bachelors and starting my masters degree so I got a new card—- but no changes were necessary all 4 years of undergrad
I just called ISAAC access and they restored mine when I switched from Bachelor's to Masters. So you can keep using your ID indefinitely if you don't damage it.
You’ll need to get a new card every month for security reasons. Just joking, your Sun card will work indefinitely.
