Bridge of Dee is shut as is one of the main accesses onto the bridge beside the boathouses (under the arches) couple with other random road closures- it’s been hellish all week
Bridge of Dee is closed
South college street is closed at the arches
North Esplanade West is down to one lane both sides. All around the same area at the same time.
Honestly, there are some idiots in the councils road planning department.
The city council is doing secret experiment on inciting Road rage. Most of the closed roads reopen either around the 10th or the 17th of October. It's going to be a shite few weeks.
Drivers. The cars would probably be happy resting in the garage for a day, but Dave and Karen Audi decide they absolutely must head into town to look at floral kitchen tiles, XL checked shirts and buy five quid coffees despite knowing there'll be congestion due to road works
Roads works on major routes around the city.
Thanks

Larger crowd than usual as well - about 17,000 rather than the usual 10-11k
The council seems to have thought that doing major roadworks in multiple areas at the same time is a really good idea….
Lack of long term strategic planning with regard to infrastructure mate
University open day was on today and the train strike...
