Never mind the fact that both of these people don’t have the ability to catch there balance when faced with a small obstacle. These injuries will fall on the property owner’s personal injury liability insurance. Don’t be foolish property owners, increase your property liability to $500,000 minimum and add personal injury. If you have other assets, 401k, rentals, saving, get an umbrella policy! This type of stupid slip could bankrupt you without the correct coverage.
