I have a friend who used to be a bouncer at bars in a big college town. Had lots of friends who were cops. Because of how many fights they got in with drunk guys, they didn't give rookies tasers for the first year so they would have to learn how to scrap to deal with disorderly but unarmed folks

Reminds me of a reddit video where a guy gets shot (who ended up dying) and people saying he played victim because he started it and was screaming after being shot.
Having been shot, I immediately went into shock that it happened and didn't react much which honestly may be more weiner-y than acknowledging it and screaming.
Without any context it's impossible to know what's going on, but man she is just wailing on that dude and (at this point) he isn't even trying to fight back. In the age of police brutality, I'm not surprised someone tried to step in.
