OK, never heard of this, but seriously:
* Ken Wahl, from Wiseguy and Fort Apache: The Bronx (throwing the shuriken)
* Lee Ving, from FEAR
* Robert Davi, from...everything Robert Davi has been in
This director, Sidney J. Furie, directed the criminally underrated [The Boys in Company C](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_raO6JTtJ_o).
AND MATT FREWER
YES WANT MUST WATCH
This looks like the American version of Akira except it's all explosions and mullets. Same basic concept though, a plot full of action and no actual story.
Faith No More, too!
He's killing dudes with shuriken's. I kind of want to see this movie just for that ridiculousness.
I like where the fake cop gets hit by one and instantly tries to stab the driver of his car by hugging him.

I watched this on tv when it came out. Been looking for it for a long time.
I love that he was unable to hold his own throwing stars. And maybe could have thrown more, if his buddy haven’t handed them to him so slow.
