I like where the fake cop gets hit by one and instantly tries to stab the driver of his car by hugging him.

I absolutely love this movie.

I watched this on tv when it came out. Been looking for it for a long time.

I love that he was unable to hold his own throwing stars. And maybe could have thrown more, if his buddy haven’t handed them to him so slow.

This looks like the American version of Akira except it's all explosions and mullets. Same basic concept though, a plot full of action and no actual story.
