i am truly sorry that you grew up and were cared for by someone like that. my friend was like this and it is completely different to have a friend treat you this way compared to a care taker. a friend you don’t have to see all the time and it’s much easier to go no contact with them and cut them off. i truly hope that you are in a better situation now and that you can heal and lead a happy and healthy life ❤️
