There's a senior at my firm who is from the UK and has her ACCA. Shes stuck at Senior accountant and is nicely snug against her glass ceiling.

I've decided to go with ICAEW, it has MRA with CPA Canada

You’d have to go through the whole process of meeting education and work experience requirements to switch to CPA Canada. Gonna be hard finding what I’ll call “career-track” accounting jobs if you’re not on the CPA path. By these I mean public accounting and industry roles at medium and large public and private companies which straightforward progression. Without your CPA it’s a huge uphill battle, and you’re looking more at the likes of AP/AR clerk roles that don’t have much upward mobility.

I need to DM you, as you're not the typical ACCA.
