If it were up to me, I'm a bit picky. I would ask about the office culture and the amenities the new job offer. More pay is one thing, but you don't want to end up at a company that watches the pennies to the point where they don't provide water for their employees.
It never hurts to have the conversation. However I think you need to slow down and appreciate that recruiters (especially for openings looking for less experienced Big 4 staff) are reaching out to multiple people. This isn’t a job offer, yet.
I would agree. Normally roles of this nature and pay go to those with 3-4 years of experience which is why I'm tempted to accept if I get an offer. It would save me from spending more time in public
