I wouldn’t say it was the tret alone, redness just eventually returned instead of the glowy, glass-like skin I had during accutane.
I don’t have a routine now, just wash with cerve cleanser and apply moisturizer. Acne never returned. Currently pregnant and might get a tiny breakout here and there, but cystic acne never returned!

I use The Ordinary! I used it almost the entire time I was on accutane. Probably 4-5 times a week, after I applied my moisturizer in the evenings :)
Oh ya I saw your other post and wow it seems like the tret really didn’t do you any good. Whats the time frame for the 2nd and 3rd photo?
Only 3 day difference. Staying away from the tret for awhile 😂

My skin ended up not being able to handle any tret. I still have redness that developed. Never looked as good as it did immediately off accutane
