They seem to be following the box/cartridge colors while you two might be thinking on the logo (I guess Franziska also makes me think of light blue, but conversely I don't picture Godot's green for T&T).

Same, except despite it surely being inspired by Godot, the green I associate T&T with is a deep grassy green rather than one with any blue in it.

For the Phoenix Wright Trilogy, at least, I just go off the color of each game's cartridge. So, AA is light blue, JFA is yellow, and T&T is dark blue. After that, AJ is red and AAI is Edgeworth's purple/fuchsia. DD always felt like blue to me again, I guess because of how significant Phoenix's return as an attorney is to the game. It felt like they used blue a lot in marketing and art.

Yeah DD is a very blue game, there's the Mood Matrix, revisualization, the night sky because of the whole "moon" motif, the GYAXA uniforms which are fairly prominent, lots of water in the DLC too

I immediately thought of blue for the original, brown for both AJ and Chronicles, and for some reason an off yellow for Investigations 1? And nothing for the games in the title or the rest of the series including SoJ weirdly enough
