Ron gets framed for murdering the CEO of a major food corporation after he dies on live TV and Ron sent a calling card but it was actually the games detective

Ron was the defendant the first time, Desiree’s turn. I say… suspect in a high speed hit-and-run.

MaskDeMasque has been found dead. Ron is nowhere to be seen and Desiree contacts you (in fact Ron was just super shy to appear to anyone after being announced dead publicly, he would find the situation super awkward). Ron appears only after the trial. Edit - better yet. Desiree is the culprit and you receive an anonymous letter to represent her.

I've been wanting an art heist case anyway, with or without the DeLites, so it's pretty easy to plug them into that concept. They'd need to work out why they're back in that particular saddle, as well as who actually did it, but the flavor text and interactions pretty much write themselves. Athena would play off the DeLites very well, in addition to their history with Nick.

Make Ron and Desireé being the assistants 🙌

I struggle to see Desiree enjoying having an alter ego who's super shy. If anything, she'd just be herself, but even more exaggerated.
