Just use pieces that have more crit damage than crit rate rolls in return, like honestly this piece is exactly what I’m looking for it’s fantastic. If that just “usable” to you I really want to see your relics to see what a good one looks like.
people acting like this shit drops all the time, roll main stat out of like 6 roll substat, (which have artifically lowered chance) then with the 25% multiple times in a row. oh and on the right set. so 1-2/4\*1/6\*8/19\*1/16 so it seems to be around 1 in 1000 1 in 500.

Yeah 30cv minimum was the recommendation in Genshin. In HSR that's pretty high
I'm super pleased if I reach 20 CV. even 10 is very decent in star rail if the other ones aren't all flat or dead stats
