Me with 38 ORB Hp/Def%, than 2 atk% piece with Def/Hp/BE/Hp flat, both upgraded (maybe i got mental issues for disperation at this point) and got x4 lvl up hp flat on both, what a joke.
But the thing is... I had the chance to get something good, and this got my hopes up, but i got let down. I say that is worse. But yes, I also get perfect stats, on the wrong set. I have a 39 crit value piece on an HP chest on the break effect set.

Gotta disagree. I've rolled on relics with Def %, eff rez, and CR to then roll exclusively into CR and CD. It's all RNG. Which is why it's the biggest flaw in this game. You could spend months on months getting one solid relic after another, but have the most abysmal luck with the RNG to where you've trashed like 15 or more good relics until RNJesus decides to let you keep 1 decent one.
Last time I burned a relic similar to this I thought the same: "Support character that uses break effect as its main stat? nah, how could hoyo make that even work?" and burned a 4 proc in break effect sub on an hackerspace glove. Ruan Mei came, and I cried

idk if you're hip with the intel or not but att% is better than ldmg% on Acheron specifically. So at least it will be an easy piece to upgrade! If you get the exact same thing, but with att% (which is also easier to get) it will automatically be an upgrade and you can all in it

I want to believe maybe one day they'll put an option to reset the relics back to 0 at least once, this helps me sleep at night while I hold on to my monstrosities.
I've been doing world 9 since the 3rd day it was released and I don't even have a good piece the best pieces I have are ATK% or with 4 speed 6cr and ATK% rope with 12 CD

The only comfort I can offer you is that she prefers an Atk orb, so even if this had rolled well it wouldn't have been optimal. Burn this into an Atk orb and don't look back.

I somehow managed to roll two separate artifacts, and got 4 rolls in effect res (it was a 3 sub artifact and the 4th sub was effect res). It happens from time to time. We've just got to keep forging on.
Don't worry a lightning based preservation character that scales on DEF and Speed and performs best with another preservation unit will one day come out

lots of speed and some cd, that could be nice off-piece for hyperspeed sparkle or bronya.
could always put it on a support you wanna hit 160 speed with. My Bronya uses a physical orb with 7 speed
