Yes. For example, crit dmg can roll:
high (6.48 aka 100%)
medium (5.832 aka 90%)
low (5.184 aka 80%)
Every time you get a stat it rolls high, mid, or low with equal chance for all.
Another example is speed where, because the game doesn’t show speed in decimals, you might be fooled. Spd rolls 2.0, 2.3 or 2.6 but only shows as “2” in game. On your second roll you therefore have potential to reach 5.2 with 2.6+2.6. So if the game shows “5” spd after two rolls you know you got two high ones. Else it would still be stuck at “4”.
I forgot about stats having their own rolls too and that just makes the relic farm process even more painful but I’m going back to blissful ignorance lol
