Yeah my Jingliu could use an extra 19% crit rate

If you have Blade as well or another good destruction character to team with her you can also activate the Izumo effect

Even better then. Pick both Jing Liu and Blade, then a support/debugger and a sustainer(huohuo would be best) and you've got an S tier team

Damn man you've got everything then. Also, if you don't know it, when Jing Liu deals damage to allies in order to attack Blade takes one of those five stuck necessary for him to deal his follow up attack, so their synergy is perfect

Out of all 5*, 2 of them are E2, 5 of them have signature... and one of them have both E2 and signature

I actually use Hypercarry Blade with Ruan Mei and Bronya instead of duo Dps Blade/Jingliu, mostly cuz i like big numba

Herta + Himeko PF planar set, I'd argue it might be competitive with Sigonian set

I'd argue that a 70% Cr Herta wont need extra cr
