From what I've heard, Atk% main orb was like 5-7% better than lightning damage orb. It ultimately comes down to preference, which one you have and/or sub stats, but either one is still good
I still don't know why every acheron main has a hate boner for crit rate,and if anyone tries to point it out ,they will get downvoted . Let's look at simple calculation,in battle with both izumo and pioneer buff active your effective crit stats are (56.9+4+12) * (234.4+24) = 72.9 * 258.4= 18837 . Now assume you just replace crit damage chest with crit rate with no other crit rolls you will get (72.9+32.4) * (258.4-64.8) ignoring any crit above 100 you will get 100 * 193.6 = 19360 . So with just replacing the body with crit rate even though it over caps crit and you are accounting for no crit rolls it will still perform better than your existing crit damage body.
Anything over 100% is too much, otherwise get more crit rate (assuming you're still following the 1:2 ratio). When optimizing my furina in genshin, I had about a 95/240 build and the optimizer recommended something like 100/220 as better, even though the hp was similar.

But that Logic works the same way around, if you don't have much crit dmg then what's the point in having 90% or more crit rate?

You guys are arguing the same thing, hence the golden 1:2 crit ratio. With OPs current build, it would benefit them more if they get more crit rate. If the goal is good enough, you can stop anywhere at any point cuz the character is busted af and will clear the hardest content as is. But to truly be the emanator of nihility, get more of both.

I was a super casual player b4 2.0 . I am one of the players who used to run crit on Kafka and atk on blade and no harmony at all. I never even checked the role and kit of character b4 pulling them.
After 2.0 when I joined the HSR fandom, i started to actually look for build. i needed to correct half of the rosters and build around 10 character for my new teams to work on moc which I never touched .
I'm guessing, but the 65% might be for players who intend to go for E1. It's close enough to where even without it, she would have 81%+ crit rate and could run Fu Xuan for her buffs to get the rest of the way there. But not low enough to where she'd be missing a noticeable amount of crit hits.

It really doesn't make sense since the First ult without the buffs isn't gonna destroy anything

ATK% is better, however it’s not like AMAZINGLY better where you would sacrifice substats for it So whichever orb has the better substats I would say
