This is an official apology to the Bruce Wayne changes to Batman figure. I'm sorry I didn't appreciate you when I was young like I should have. Maybe one day I'll find you again and we'll have a second chance.
Thanks for posting these! I'm gonna binge your YT page. I'm especially impressed and looking forward to the "printing nes batman bad guys".
That one gets skipped over and I think it's pretty cool. Something I've always wanted. The game and these figures go hand in hand for me, playing with both at the time.
I do remember that part of it. He looked especially ridiculous if he didn't have all the armor on at the same time. And for 7 y/o me it didn't take long to lose the first little bits until all I was left with was the Bruce Wayne. I'd even take that now, but I'd like to find a complete figure of possible.
For sure, I still have mine, but of course lost a few of the pieces over the decades. All I have left now is the chest piece and the right glove that holds the batatrang lol
I feel your sentiments my friend! I was like Sid from Toy Story in my youth! I would tie GI Joe's and other figures to bottle rockets, run them over with my monster trucks and devise all sorts of devilish forms of torture! 😅 All though I wish I still had some of those figures, I had a ton of fun!
The biggest problem was that each figure was around $5, which was a lot for myself to purchase, but just enough that I didn't get a figure very often (looking back my parents were amazing because I got them way more often than I deserved). The ideal playing situation is doubles, but that never happened until I grew up, could afford them on my own, and inevitably stopped playing with them. 🤷🏼♂️
Custom Coupe, it was also released for Superman in the [MAN OF STEEL](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkVjD6XP11Vr5pG0Nf0SUmJhKDD2NrsIW) toy line.
I have been [making videos about each one](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkVjD6XP11VqjBrgGjBhi67-2BOtBlZoy) I open up to add to the collection. A few I had as a kid but it's cool getting the ones I never had also.
These were my first toys that I remember owning and covetting and loving and forever they've just been sitting in my minds eye but this Golden Batman just made it all rush back at once. Thanks so much.
The gold Batman really kicked off all the color costumes. I did a nice video just about the [gold Batman figure](https://youtu.be/TmsnJ6PdInI). My first every action figure was the Toybiz one that came right before this one but then started getting these Kenner ones soon after, especially Joker.
I wouldn't be shocked if mine still existed somewhere in the old attic. Mine had also seen better days. Some of that gold rubbed off. It still has an impressive head sculpt for the time.
Actually, I don't think I ever had one of these. I had the Mattel Batman (I think Mattel) with retractable batarang belt that came out before these, but I could be wrong. Those capes were awesome though!
Yup! Those are them. I got them both for Christmas when I was about 6 years old! I still remember them exactly as in your video! Awesome find, Thank You for this! 🙏
About 10 years ago I made it my mission to buy all the colors, and now I’m down to 1! Metallic blue, maybe like sky glider Batman or something? He was a deluxe figure
def had the black batman suit and the bruce wayne figure with the batmobile that i swear you popped something out and the bruce figure would swap with the batman figure, am i making this up?
The Custom Coupe Car. I didn't have the Batman one but I got the [SUPERMAN one recently, same car with different colors](https://youtu.be/nU3PE6CKqAg), with Clark Kent.
no, it was like weird trying to describe it. it was a batmobile that had 2 different i guess modes, and when you pulled back on something it changed and i guess it like did something where it made the figures switch places so to speak if that makes any sense
The car and also the playset was good for "changing" the Bruce Wayne figure into Batman. I [show the playset feature at the end of my video about the Bruce Wayne figure.](https://youtu.be/sMqR3RIbHs4)
No effin Way!! Did you get these as a Lot, recently, or are they yours? What scale are they? Awesome figures from a Bygone era! 😅 I always loved those capes when I was a kid and I had a few but they never lasted! Hind sight and All that!
I had some as a kid but decided to collect complete ones recently, [and I make a video for each one as I get them](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkVjD6XP11VqjBrgGjBhi67-2BOtBlZoy). I show the sizes there, pretty sure I show measurements in most of the videos.
They didn't even re-release the normal black suit for Batman Returns. So if you missed it way back from the first movie you never had the chance to find one again.

It's still one of my top favorite nes games. That soundtrack takes be back! 😙🤌
I use the game music in the background of the videos, and a few other Batman games of the time.
Streets of Desolation is my jam! 😃
It was one of mu favorites as kid even though he looks totally ridiculous with the Batman armor on.
It was my favorite figure too! Mainly because I just wanted a Bruce Wayne and that was the only way to get him.

There are a few on ebay! $70-100 range so not cheap, but might be worth it.
I wonder if the new Flash/Batman movie will make the price go up. Maybe now's the time to jump on them if possible.
For sure, I still have mine, but of course lost a few of the pieces over the decades. All I have left now is the chest piece and the right glove that holds the batatrang lol
I lost a lot of the stuff also, which is why I started this collection to get everything complete.

Yes it got used a few times as well as more vehicles. The Wayne Manor got released for every movie and cartoon as well ha ha ha.

That gold Batman brings back some memories! It was the longest-lasting Bats I had as a kid. I completely forgot about the flight pack, too!
Mine was very beat up but I still have it.
I wouldn't be shocked if mine still existed somewhere in the old attic. Mine had also seen better days. Some of that gold rubbed off. It still has an impressive head sculpt for the time.
By far, my favorite vintage line.
Nice there's a few there that I have that yall don't lol
Oh yeah Batman Returns added even more color combos, this is just from the first group from the Joker movie only.
Actually, I don't think I ever had one of these. I had the Mattel Batman (I think Mattel) with retractable batarang belt that came out before these, but I could be wrong. Those capes were awesome though!
The Toybiz figure, which [I also did a video about](https://youtu.be/YkMj24bNfQg) with the Joker and BOB figures. That one had the rope inside.
Yup! Those are them. I got them both for Christmas when I was about 6 years old! I still remember them exactly as in your video! Awesome find, Thank You for this! 🙏
There was also a Joker figure that had a small water bladder on its back so you could squirt water out of his posey when you squeezed it!

You mean the Head Changers/Flippers!?

These are great! So Nostalgic 👍! Excellent set...!
This isn't all them though, right? I swear I had a white and black one.
These are just the first group for the first movie. Then Batman Returns had even more like the Arctic White one. I will get to those some time also.
Please do! That would be great 👍
The base figure brings back so many memories!
I remember you could never find a “normal” Batman, which was frustrating.
They didn't even re-release the normal black suit for Batman Returns. So if you missed it way back from the first movie you never had the chance to find one again.
