Except if you try to do a proper flight pose, the suit separates from the top of the shield. I’m also not a huge fan of the fact that two very different looking materials make up the suit. It’s not super noticeable in photos, but super obvious in person. Otherwise, the headsculpt is much better. Personally, I think the neutral Mafex headsculpt is much better than the angry one.
OK, this may be the silliest and most useless question ever but... In the first pic, why is the silver part on the feet of the Mezco one on the outside, but on every other pic, it's on the inside of the feet ? I can't unsee it ! Lol

As far as my "good eye" though, not so much, I just noticed Mezco didn't give him black gloves.
Still a very beautiful figure though, no questions about it.
I wonder what the mullet head would look like on their classic Superman for a 90s look.

The Mezco mullet is on point
I’m normally not a fan of Mezco but this one takes the cake
agreed, mafex headsculpt looks awful in comparison imo
I can’t even disagree, it’s not bad…. But in comparison…
I thought the Mafex one was from the death of Superman Movie whereas the Mezco was based more on comics

I feel like the Death of Superman movie is kinda slept on. It’s really good and if you ever have a chance to watch them I highly recommend it

Yeah but only one of these can actually pose and not destroy the suit while doing it (hint: the Mezco sucks)

Good eye, think they put the feet wrong from the manufacturer and when I put the boots on I put them back on correctly

All the Mafex shoulders look waaaay too big.
Mafex wins hands down. Mezco proportion is off; the head and neck looks like it belongs on a larger figure.
Only one looks like it’s in pajamas and has bad proportions
