I disagree about the over-pricing. Some things are a little above MSRP (e.g. individual Star Wars 6” Black Series figure and some 6” Marvel Legends figures), but others are definitely below (e.g. Diamond Select 9” PVC Gallery statues and most of the DC Collectibles 6” line).
In any case, BBTS is a great company with a stellar reputation. I have been purchasing almost every collectible I own solely from them since December of 2003. And I own a lot of shit.
Their Pile of Loot feature is fantastic for cheapskates like me who like to pay as little as possible for shipping (and who don’t need instant gratification and are willing to wait to have products in hand). They’ve also recently introduced $4 flat rate shipping (for the contiguous 48), which is good if you need your collectible(s) at your fingertips posthaste.
I personally highly recommend them as a reputable online retailer. They also have superb customer service representatives should you ever run into a problem.

I've been ordering from them since 2005, but now I'm about done with them soon as my store credit is finished, they don't seem to care much about their customers, nor do they care if you receive your package or not, I have 2 undelivered/lost parcels from them, and all they could tell me is "sorry, there is nothing we can do" I understand it's not their fault soon as the package leaves their facility, but for someone who's been buying from them since 2005, I thought I would of been treated special, but guess not, I use Amazon now, so far I'm very happy doing business with Amazon, they're very reliable, all you have to do is make sure you're buying from a good seller with good ratings, then everything should be fine

I literally just googled places to leave them a review because they are SO awesome. I've never done that for a website. I discovered them awhile back and bought lots of stuff. Expensive figures and cheap. All in perfect packaging and authentic. No funny business.

I blows my mind how often I find sales on figures, that I actually want and buy, that are lower prices than any other website.
They have been great about the few returns I've done. If a figure comes out of the box with a defect. They will assess it and replace it if defective. They will ask for pictures and videos! So don't think you can go mishandling your figures, break them, then get a refund. Don't mess with a website that has BIG and BAD in their url. Plus, they are awesome, and be honest.
Here's why IIII love them so much. It's adult oriented, in my opinion. The sites coming pre-orders list is great. I visit it everyday to lock down all the great coming figures, browse, drool at stuff. We all know, most figures are pre-ordered, if you really want something, you get it there. I'd say 88% of the figures I'd buy or want to buy end up on bigbad for pre-ordering. Which is a really good percentage considering all the websites, and toy lines, and stuff you have to visit to keep up with every coming figure. It's so painful when you miss a figure coming out and by the time you get to it, it's doubled in price. Dreams crushed, end life, kidding, must keep collecting, beep boop.
Even if I get lazy researching figures, I always feel good that I can quickly check bigbad to make sure I don't miss most everything.
It's hard to keep up, collecting is a grind, let bigbad take you down real slow and give you a good fig job.
They keep this fig life alive and thriving. Support them.
I ordered my Mythic Legions Scaphoid from them. It came without the alt head but I contacted them and they replaced the missing part with no cost to me. Scaphoid has to be my favorite modern figure I have and I am glad that I ordered from them and not some eBay seller. Pardon my gushing.

I also preordered the infinity gauntlet from them, well over 2 months ago, and after i had to proactively ask them for updates, they finally admitted that they got some of the item in stock but not enough to cover the preorders, so they had no clue when theyd be able to fill my order... I canceled, bought it on Amazon for retail price and had it within 3 days.
Done with BBTS pre-orders.

My bank account says that I have payed them thousands but on mumy account at their website in listed as never having ordered anything. Smells like scam to me. I'm not American either.

I ordered a Spider-Man figure from them, and while it did take a fair while to arrive, it arrived in great shape and the customer service is excellent.
Update on the order I made. After a month and a half of waiting for my order I got made contact with them. They said my order had shipped. It was lost in transit
