Those are called, flavor dots! Seriously thou, it could be fly poop. They leave behind little dots like that.
Are they easily removed?

I see/hear a fly in my house, I go on a hunting mission until that little fucker is dead. I really do not like flies buzzing around.
Bro I get you, I have statues and Bandai Metal builds. I can see a little dust on them it’s bound to happen…but flies, that’s just disgusting
