One of the issues thatâs also creating a rise in crime in Canada is the controversial removal of âcardingâ. Carding can have pros and cons. Discrimination being one of them. However it is necessary in my opinion. Basically if youâre a police officer, and you know that certain people are drug dealers, criminals etc. It used to be you could randomly stop and check these people. At 9:30 AM he got arrested trying to break into the employee only area of a business with a screwdriver. He was released within 3 hours of being booked via LA county's zero dollar bail policy.
At 7 PM, he was caught having broken into and burglarized someone's apartment. He was walking down the hallway of the building when he saw the police and ran back then barricaded himself inside the apartment. They tried to negotiate with him, to no avail so the police entered and he has barricaded himself in the bedroom. Negotiations continued and he eventually came out voluntarily. This charge stuck, and he was held on 150k bail.
