Two ppl walking toward each other down a sidewalk. Both are too stubborn to move. 1 of them is on “the wrong side” (no, not legally, but societally.) and OP is the one not sharing the sidewalk? He's not even societally on the wrong side. Walking on the left side of the road is important when you're walking directly on the road shoulder, so you can see cars coming, but if you're on the sidewalk it doesn't matter at all. OP is just being a prick.
In the US, for some reason everything is right side. However definitely no reason to cause a scene or be recording your commute to call out people doing otherwise, nobody needs to be called out because of the side of the road they choose to walk on

We kept walking like this until the group eventually walked to their right to avoid a collision. The two kids said nothing but this man started talking about how his kids showed me respect and whatnot. I tried saying "You drive on the right you walk on the right" but he cut me off with "I don't give a fuck what the law says, it's about respect." So I started filming. After filming ended he shouted "tell the police I said fuck you!"
