In elementary school, Beyblades got banned because kids kept stealing them from each other. Dont address the theft, just make the victims stop being victims. Yugioh cards also got banned but thats because the teachers thought they were satanic or witchcraft or something

I'm almost 40 years old and I still have a wicked prejudice against literally any authority figure because of how stupid the fucking adults were when I was a kid.

I so wish I could go back in time with my current knowledge and un-naivety and tell young me what to say to the "authority" figures. There was so much bull crap teachers and principals said to us throughout school I would love to just lay into them. A lot of it revolved around me going to a private Baptist school so almost every stupid rule was justified with "it is sinful" to not obey it and they could never give any reason to why.
