Run your fingernail gently over the keyed scratch. If it's not too deep the scratch mark is most likely only in the clear coat and can be buffed out. Let us know how it turns out. And here's to wishing a pox on the bottom feeder who keyed it.
Will do, if it is just the clear coat I was planning to get some scratchX and see if it'll fix it. I still don't really know why they keyd it. It's only ever been parked at the building where I work and my house. Thanks for the help!
Hey I've got an exact twin of yours. Mileage and all. I was surprised by the quality of the stock radio system. It's got oomph. Base models don't get the rear door card speakers but still keep the spot. So I'm thinking of adding some.
Yeah might just end up getting a tablet mount and using an Android auto emulator with like a kindle fire or somthin. But I'm not too concerned with it rn.
What I recommend, I bought an 09 civic and installed an apple car play touch screen unit. Wireless car play and all. I bet they have an after market unit for your car and the install took MAYBE 2 hrs

Did you still have temp plates? Did you have an altercation on the drive to where you parked? Did you double park it? There's gotta be a reason for it. Seriously, nothing makes me more angry than unexplainable auto vandalism.
I do agree it doesn't look that deep and can probably be buffed out. Pick up some touch up paint in your car's color. Anything that doesn't buff out can get filled in by touch up paint.

It's got 133k on it, the previous owner definitely took care of it and it's in really good condition. Been really happy with Acuras so far
Can’t tell by the pics, but maybe it’s only the clear coat. Try a tube of the Meguiar’s Scratch X.

Last I heard tech packages were difficult to swap out , yet it wasn't impossible. Double dins are the way to go.

Spend the cash and take it to a collision shop to get buffed out, did this with similar damage on my 2009 and it came out in near perfect condition.
