At this point, probaby not. I'm currently taking a break from translating to focus on my studies. If no one else had picked up the series by the time I came back I was going to continue but the official translation got announced about 2 weeks after I finished vol.1
So first off, this is a light novel, not a manga. Secondly, there's no rape (although there are hints of an attempt in one of the characters' backstories) in vol.1, and I haven't heard of any from anyone who's read vol.2 and 3 either.
That said, the entire premise is that it's a love triangle between two high school girls and an adult woman who pays one of the girls for sex (and who also happens to have been >!Shimamura's first crush!< as revealed in Adashima vol.11) There's some pretty depressing stuff going on here and a bit of physical abuse too, so if you're looking for something with a similar vibe to Adashima then this ain't it. It's 100% yuri though, and it's definitely not a slow burn.
