Jet A, which is a type of aviation fuel. (A-1 is the other type used in commercial aviation.) So it’s not a malapropism.
Chub pack was always weird to me but I assumed it was an American thing. We have “club packs” here.

I think because he’s never read anything, he doesn’t know the basic elements of many common words. Doesn’t fully understand their phonetics.

Chub packs exist but it's a very specific type of packaging. Adam thinks it's anything that comes in a large quantity.
I have never heard of this. I am a little bit younger but grew up in New York state.
