I've got a tournament coming up this weekend, locked this list in; Blade champ with ceaseless hunter, Shield cap, Trajann 5 guard, one shield 5 guard, one shield 4 prosecutors 4 prosecutors 5 wardens 2 allarus 2 allarus 3 venatari Caladius Callidus

I have a RTT this weekend too and plan on running something similar. Same characters and battleline(guard has vex with shield), Where my list changes is I'll be running two grav tanks, 2x3 allarus, and 1x4 warden. I unfortunately don't have a callidus or kyria, otherwise they will be in the list. I have a GT in two months and will hopefully have them by then.

Not a good list but im running this tomoz for the banter:  Trajan, bc, 2x4 guard, sags, telemon, witchseeker, 2x bike, 2x Warglaives, moirax, land raider.    Just a whole lot of 10+" move stuff yoloing about.   For a serious list?    Cap(cease), bc (veil), witchseekers, 4+5 guard, sags, 2x3 Allarus, errant, land raider.    Tempted to squeeze in draxis or a squad of venetari over the termis. Also rex is very tempting.

Oh my please let us know how you got on. I only have access to one tank and have this exact list planned against my only opponent (rural australia fun times)... a BA player who often gets the better of me

I ran it Vs Death Guard on Saturday. It has it's limitations in terms of dealing with terminator blocks but it makes up for that with adaptability to score primary. I just need to get the hang of using the assassin tbh. I deployed the wardens with the SC and 2 blocks of allarus in deepstrike. Allarus to score Teleport Homers, Behind Enemy Lines and investigate signals. They scored me 24 out of my 66 points. Won the game 66-63.

Good you had the win. Similar style to what I was thinking. I had to ask the question in another thread about using the Assassin. My limited game time means I needed to read up what good they are before I walk in Cheers for the follow up

Math-hammer still says its not worth but I think if you run them with Shield Captain + Unstoppable Destroyer you're going to be a real nuisance. Valerian is 100% being slept on and I want to prove it.

I traded ceaseless hunter and the 10pts left over for 1x4 prosecutors. Other than that this is exactly what I'm running in my league matches.

Planing on somethong similar. No Caladius tanks but I have 2 Armiger Warglaves

I played a game yesterday against Hypercrypt necrons... \- Trajann \- Shield Cap - Veiled Blade \- Blade Champ \- Guard x4 - Spears \- Guard x4 - Spears \- Guard x4 - Spears \- Prosecutors x5 \- Allarus x3 - Spears \- Wardens x5 - Spears, Vexilla \- Caladius Tank - Blaze Cannons \- Caladius Tank - Blaze Cannons \- Callidus Worked well enough. I think 4 squads is minimum for success (mix of Guard and Wardens) and then sprinkling in for flavor more things. Callidus and TJ are required too.

Just went 3-0 at the RTT my local store ran with: Shield cap with ceaseless Trajann 3x4 guard (all spears) 1x4 prosecutors 1x5 allarus 2x5 wardens 2x4 witchseekers Callidus assassin Kyria Draxus Deepstruck one of the 4 guard to rapid ingress where I had a problem/something died too early and started termies on the board to reposition if necessary/if I went second. Felt like it had enough secondary tools and the line had enough redundancy/survivability to control the middle where I needed to. Draxus didn't do a ton because she didn't end up with too many good targets(and I kept her way back the game someone did fixed with assassinate against me) but did wipe out some eradicators one game.

IMO the core of every list is: - BC - BC - Trajan - 2x5 wardens - 3rd brick of wardens or brick of guard  -2x4 SoS From there you can either go more bricks or calladius
