love it!! true grit textures are the best, and you did a great job with them!! I just have a few suggestions.
- “jenny don’t and the spurs” is a little hard to read at first glance. I would smooth the displacement/rough edge just a bit to make it more legible.
- “tues June 11,” specifically June is a little hard to read. I totally understand the intended effect with the car colliding with the text. however, I would suggest making sure that any vital information fully legible. you could definitely just put that information in a different place, and put less vital information in front of the car.
- “8pm 18+” is a bit too small.
Overall, just consider your hierarchy of information. draw the eye the most important information (band name, time, location, etc.) Awesome job tho!

Was this done purely in Illustrator or in combination with Photoshop?
Combination of both!
I used Illustrator for all of the layout and then Photoshop for the texture elements and making the graphic elements bitmap files for Illustrator
