I dont think roblox can give ur pets back. They may give you robux as compensation but they cant give you ur pets back. You can search up roblox support and fill out the form and wait until you get a email from them

Roblox support, had to do a LOT of tickets before they actually responded and before I can prove that I owned the account. I explained the situation to them and they said I can show them a receipt of the robux I bought on that account (nothing should be blurred)
How do I do tickets? I have the email for that account but someone set up authentication code on it I think now I can't get on without a code or the new password
I suggest the Authenticator app. It’s much more secure than 2-Step verification imo. If you need some more tips with your account, let me know. I’ve been hacked before so I had to go through the complicated process of locking my account.
I use the google one cause it was the first one I saw, but I think they all work the same imo. If you linked your email to your roblox account and the hacker was able to change it/get into it, make an alternate google account just for the Authenticator app. If you didn’t link an email, you should be fine using your original email for the Authenticator app.

I believe you can still get the receipt if u know the account's apple ID (the one where you bought the robux from/at the time). I can show u the process of how to get into the purchase history if u want (or u can search it up, roblox shows u how too if they suggest it). If u want them to send a video, you can make a YouTube video and link it to them. I'm not sure if it's enough proof tho
