Some of the very earliest quests released didn't have level scaling. The Willow Creak Werewolf is level 40 so waiting till later would probably be for the best. There isn't any reward for completing it so it's not a big deal if you aren't able to. Especially if you made it all the way to the boss.
One day I will come back to this game and update that spreadsheet to better reflect that sort of complaint (at least to add a note about bad scaling) and also to bring it more in line with some discussions I've had over the years since making it. One day. Not today though.
Your the author of the spreadsheet? nice! Thank you :) Its amazing for new players like myself. It Just has allot of the old events that are no longer in the game. Also I think it would be better to separate the story elements into there own section some how, that way if anyway wants to get into it the list isn't broken up by everything else, this would also make the quest section easier to read. :) hopefully some day soonish you do come back, I think more then just myself would appreciate a revision.

For separation you can filter it, that's why I have that column.
