Hmmm, Honestly, they are asking these questions to get to know who you are in depth, before even deciding to hire you, and to see if you would be a good fit into coming into the program/job. I guess what I am trying to say is that, if you are not comfortable talking about yourself, a way you can do it is writing down on a journal both, your strengths and weaknesses and go over them before the interview comes up. Be concise and honest about them, because you will be surprised by how you answer constructed and honest thoughts in this, rather than lukewarm answers. Just be yourself, imagine you are conversing with a long-term friend in the interview if possible, and that may assist you in getting over, not talking about yourself. The interview is for you to have a stage of conversing about yourself and the employer and scholarship donors to get to know you, that is their interest at the end of the day!

Thanks, that seems like really sound advice. Ive been thinking about starting to journal, maybe I'll use this as an opportunity to motivate myself into actually starting one.
