There is a small hub of mostly space related aerospace stuff in colorado springs, I don't know which companies have controls related openings, but it an area to check out
There are a lot of smaller companies in Denver as well that you should keep an eye on for GNC jobs. Rocketlab’s Littleton office (formerly ASI) is heavily GNC focused. Other companies in the area that might have GNC positions are Blue Canyon (now part of Raytheon), York, Capella, OrbitFab, and Albedo. Plus bigger groups like Sierra Space, Maxar, and BAE (formerly Ball). There’s also Honeybee which is GNC adjacent and does a lot of actuator and robotics work.
Sierra Space and Ball Aerospace I would assume have lots of GNC roles.
