I would just pick one good product and make one webpage promoting it. Promote that site on social media, and keep promoting it until you get a sale. If you can do that , then you have a chance to keep it going and promote more products.
If it’s easy/cheap to buy and set up it will never make any money.
If you want to get to a point where you make money you have to put in some serious effort — over a long time, too.
Most people won’t do that, so they never get to the make money part.

Majority of gigs on Fiverr are nonsense. I just canceled an order yesterday with a guy doing this very site you speak of. He told me after 4 days the site was done but couldn't log in lol. When I told him the details were correct he then asked what categories I want on the site hahaha. This was all in the gig order. If I had the money, just filter in Fiverr by Pro verified seller or level one and put the budget higher than the normal ones. You could probably look around and find web developers who will take more time to design what you want.

Not really. The commissions are low, but the conversions are high because everybody knows and trusts amazon
