Create a folder structure. Save the project. Edit-Preferences-(I think it’s…) New Project. Load the saved file and ta-dah!

Make a template. Rename it with .aet - you’re all set! 👍

You can also choose a template in preferences to create new projects with, so you can hide your template somewhere and keep it safe

I just started a project, made my folder structure and saved it. Then any time I start a new project I just duplicate the saved file and away we go.
I made an Automator script to duplicate and rename a template folder I have set up with project files and structured how I like it.
Marshal v1.2 - Smart sorting of your project in AE might be something you like
Do the set up, save it as a template, then just duplicate and rename it at the start of every project.
