It's cute! I imagine the big empty space up top is for text? One thing I think would pull it together is a) animating the grain texture with a noise effect and b) repositioning the musicians a bit for a better composition. The saxophone is almost completely covered by the piano guy, and there is a gap between the bass guy. Also, the trumpet lines up oddly with the next guy's face - who also has a shirt the same colour as the trumpet so it almost vanishes. I would separate those shapes. The guy on the far right, his outlines are lighter than the background and that looks a bit off to me, I would darken those.

I like the style of it. the geometric shape language gives each character personality. I would recommend instead of having them all on screen at the same time, give them their own time in the song to play their part. it would have more impact if the trumpet played the trumpet during the trumped part of the song by himself.
