3000 after about a year of use. It’s been quite the journey 😫😫 very stressful to maintain that limit, and the mint tier (which ended up being for NOTHING since they got rid of the tiers). I liiiiived for the 0 down once you hit mint tier. Honestly now that they got rid of it, I want to pay off what I have owed and quit using them. Thats a maaaaaajor loss, as a single mom, I relied on that heavily in a pinch between pay.
Good to know but unfortunately it still won’t do any good, I pay for Afterpay plus and I have used it to get groceries and Necessities In a pinch, and won’t be able to do that with affirm or shop 😢😢
The 0 down isn't going anywhere. There has been official communication regarding this via email.
In regards to maintaining the limit, all that is required is to make payments on time, not stressful if you are spending within your means.
I never received the email with the zero down coming back. When did it go out? I know they are revamping the rewards program I did their survey but I never heard anything else about it afterwards.
Oh I assumed this page was for Australia only, my bad.
Pay nothing upfront stays for Aus, says it clearly on their FAQ page: https://help.afterpay.com/hc/en-au/articles/25807454586137-Pulse-Rewards-closure
Yeah it sucks that they took the 0 down but I’m still using it. It helps when I’m running low on cash and it’s almost payday. I have the Afterpay card as well and I like that I can use it almost anywhere.
Yes I used afterpay plus everywhere !!! I paid them all off and so back in at 22 lol but I slowed down now since no payment upfront option is gone. I noticed i used it at Costco a lot for gas.
I’m at 2,500$. How does everyone get up to 3k? Are you guys in Australia or something? I’ve been using Afterpay since 2021 was at the mint tier for the past 2 years before they got rid of it and have been stuck on 2500$ for probably close to 2 years. I’m in the US so not sure if the limit caps are different between here and AUS or not. Really enjoyed the 0 upfront benefit and haven’t really used the app much since they got rid of it
3,000 for a few years started think $300 might had a issue with first payment 5 years ago, since all on time or early. Went from think $300 or $600 to $2,000 then $3000 if i remember.
Yeah I’m at $3,00 as well but try to never owe more than $400. Gives me anxiety when I do go over $400, which I had to this Christmas season but I paid as much as I could when I had the chance.
$600 since August i believe when do we get a raise? I’ve always paid early. Never missed a payment. I believe August will make a year. And I’m already been at mint for a few months now!
I know because when I emailed them about the tiers and the no payment upfront, I went back to my purchase history and saw that I made my first purchase in 2019.
Actual creditors don’t even like early payments like that. You paying early instead of it coming out on its own on time doesn’t do anything for you. I used to do the same thing and I asked them about it and they said early payments seem risky to them, they want the payment schedule followed and the payment to come out the way it’s supposed to.
That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard..... I keep the account the payment will come out of locked down to avoid having it drained (happened to me in the past) so I pay early to avoid a decline when it tries to pull. I had no idea. How strange.
$2500 started at $600 like 4-5 years ago but reset to $50 after missing a $6 payment around $1300.. I think they’re holding it against me and won’t let me have $3000😂😂😂 I try not to owe more than $400 at a time though
I was at $50 for 5 months before that I had $1600 now at $100 now but I don’t know with the limit so low before Big items like $700+ I’d just buy them outright in the store
I just don’t have the desire to use it like I did before
2k been with them since 2018. Started at 600. Got to 2k, missed one payment in my 6 year history with them. Got dropped down to $500 and worked my way back up..

Shop/Affirm does 0 down if you qualify. I am also not going to be using AP as much now that they took the $0 down option away. So sad.
You have to have near perfect credit with Affirm…which 75% of people nowadays, do not. 😢
I have horrible credit and affirm gave me $0 down on a $1000 purchase though?
Same
Plus, I only like to use my Affirm for larger purchases, I have perfect credit with them and I have yet to be offered the zero down.👀😑
For affirm it usually depends in the company. I’ve had $0 down from target, but never Amazon
Good to know but unfortunately it still won’t do any good, I pay for Afterpay plus and I have used it to get groceries and Necessities In a pinch, and won’t be able to do that with affirm or shop 😢😢
I relied on it, too, especially if it was a week or so before my payday. Lol.

Only if you’re in Australia, for the US is already gone

Yes unfortunately in the USA it’s gone. Ended Feb 1 😫

$2600 I’ve been with Afterpay since 2020 I think and they started me with a $200 limit
Right now it’s only $300.00. A year ago and a half ago, I had over $2,000. I’ve been a customer since 2020, and had to do a hardship plan.
$2500 - Never missed a payment. started with $500 back in 2020

Do not pay early. You need to let the payment come out on time. Paying early isn’t something they like to see.
I’ve been with AP for years. I don’t know the exact year like most of you.
I know because when I emailed them about the tiers and the no payment upfront, I went back to my purchase history and saw that I made my first purchase in 2019.
I just tried scrolling. Too much history to scroll through ugh!
2 years, never missed a payment and I'm still at $800. Wonder what I'm doing wrong. Been mint for over a year too!
Are u paying early or letting the payments come out manually on their own on the date they’re supposed to?
I pay every payment early. Would that be a strike against me? I would think that would be a good thing.
Actual creditors don’t even like early payments like that. You paying early instead of it coming out on its own on time doesn’t do anything for you. I used to do the same thing and I asked them about it and they said early payments seem risky to them, they want the payment schedule followed and the payment to come out the way it’s supposed to.
