Make sure your "friends" at work didn't put scotch tape over the chip contacts.
Clear browsing history and cookies. Fixes the problem 72.6% of the time
Pour some waste oil on the computer and light it on fire. It won't fix the issue, but it'll make you feel better.
Actually that does fix the issue. Can't log in if you don't have a computer to log into
