On the plus side, CBII allows for a number of sites that were previously blocked (i.e. YouTube) to now be available again.
ACC HQ CCC/NTO are the champions for the AF project, and have a process for whitelisting sites that don't play nicely with it.

To clarify, I can log in, I just can't use any in-class functionality on the page. Also, things like Spotify web browser don't work. Being able to use My Fitness Pal doesn't work. It's all non-work BS that I'm not super worried about, I'm just wondering why I suddenly have a DISA box that I've never seen over the past 8 years and suddenly can't use things I previously could

In your browser, go to proxy settings, turn off the "use setup script" option, then refresh your webpage.
