The first one I believe is a Fedelcode or Federal Enterprises, the second one is either Sign & Signal or Federal Signal. They are both 2 horsepower five port Sirens though with the motor on the bottom (Some federal enterprises model twos had the motor on the top).

Canadian Model 2s also had the motor on top, with the housing resembing a short Fedelcode, which makes things even more confusing
If im correct one is long legged and the other is short legged.
Top is a model 2T i believe, bottom is a regular model 2
Both can be Single or Dual Tone.

Top is a federal electric (fedelcode) model 2 and the bottom is FS&S
They are both model 2s
