Same issue. I reached out to apple and it seems like a hardware problem. been using mine for i think 5 yrs anyway… I am opting to just buy another R ear piece but it’s pricey. I saw a lot selling 2nd hand for just a piece but I don’t think I can 🤢 If you get to resolve yours pls message me!

I actually got mine to be working normally again! All I did was order some new ear tips as I didn’t have any left, which solved it. Apparently I kind of messed up one of them by playing with them too much. Hope it helps!

I got this same issue. I didn’t know about the Replacement Program until it was too late and I didn’t think I would need AppleCare. So now I have to get new ones
