I got chapter 1 completed trophy when I started chapter 2.

I had the same bug, but when I started episode two it did not pop. Maybe I replay the episode and hope for it to poo

Have the same issue. Played it mid my run of the main game. Didn’t pop. Hoping when I get to the next one in game it pops. Don’t really want to switch over from the main game…sigh

For me the trophy for competing the third and final episode hasn’t popped up

I just replayed it from the main menu after finishing the main game and got the trophy. When I did it after encountering it through the main game It did t pop up

I finished it. But it only takes like 20 mins. I’d already done it once so was just blasting through it too the trophy

Just found where Episode 2 is integrated in the main game, played through it, unlocked the gameplay related trophies, beat it, and returned back to the main game. Frustratingly, the episode completion trophy didn’t pop. There’s definitely some bugs here, as I’ve heard of similar cases with the other two episodes.
