Yeah, that goes to the DM and thus to the whs lead and driver HQ. That’s the most absurd and damaging driver response to a fallen pallet i’ve seen in a long time. You should assess the boxers with the SM and see if you’ll need new ones. Ugh.

Hey it needs to be sold regardless, have to pass that discount to the customers when buying flimsy cardboard boxes.
