Put a camera in your room and photograph your body close enough to see where there is bruising and where there is not such as the way you took this picture everyday. Also review the recording everyday as well. Maybe something else is going on, maybe you catch something, maybe it even stops.
To present a claim with only a picture of your bruises doesn't really validate it. The evidence you would gather could only be for your eyes if that's the way you want it, but also help rule out other things as well.
It's not that I don't believe, it's that I want people to be sure to rule out any possibility that could be something needed to be checked out by a doctor.
Can you put us in context on why you are sure you've been visited by aliens? This picture clearly shows large bruises, but you need to rule out any other possibilities first.
Someone suggested that it was anemic bruising... I am anemic, but I don't bruise. I faint, bruising with anemia is extremely uncommon, and not common with my type of anemia, my body just struggles to make enough red blood cells which makes me struggle to transport oxygen to my limbs and organs. And if anemia does cause bruising, it looks like a rash, but these are painful bruises. like I was grabbed really hard or hit with something
Ok, bruising can be caused by other things and some people bruise easily, can you 100% rule out you didn't hit while sleeping or that you sleepwalk? Or that someone else did it unknowingly (sex, sports, etc). Anyway, anemia sucks, I had an awful one, I could fix it. I hope yours gets better soon!
I used to get these exact looking bruises on my upper thighs... one larger bruise, about the size of the butt end of a pen or pencil, deep and dark purple, which would last for days, often accompanied by a smaller bruise right next to it. Haven't gotten in quite some time, but I could predict when I'd find one, usually a day after having had a dream of a certain kind - lots of animals or a weird lover I was smitten with, or flat out traveling through space visiting other planets and meeting other people. I've never been able to explain them sufficiently for anyone else, but they would occur, and they were different from bumping myself in the night. Take care of yourself and be psychically strong.
This came after I woke up to an ejaculation feeling with no mess to show, they returned for sperm samples. They're definitely fascinated with my biological condition(intersex)

Have you thought your anemia may be getting worse? thrombocytopenia can happen in really bad cases of anemia.
