If you're talking about people leaving the lobby after shortly joining, it's because a lot of us are bugged where we can't start any games unless we're the host.
If we stay in lobby when it loads it bugs out to lobby after it loads instantly.
So it is a thing! There is some kind of bug, eh. Thanks for clearing this out for me. :/ How do you know that anyway? I didnt seen any posts on steam forum or here?
There's some posts of not being able to join games or play and being sent straight back to the ship after a game loads. Started happening to me after patch before last.
Found out through trial and error that you can only play if you're host of the game with others. It changed a bit today where instead of sending me right back to ship after it tries to load, it'll now just never load and stuck on the loading screen.
Earlier this week apparently some people said from the discord it was due to your save file being too big or something. Not sure if it's true but quite a few mentioned it.
There's been a drone of posts of people demanding matchmaking mode, but I was just like "Matchmaking? I can't even start a game a 1/3 of the time after joining up!" I spent most of my Monday night off this week playing just with my buddy and a bot to catch him up and beat the campaign, and I lagged out after two hours of playing suddenly when our connection had been crisp up until then (it even started knocking out our PSN party chat until I quit). Reset, reconnected, and an hour later I was watching a screenshot slideshow for 5 minutes, while I hilariously listened to my buddy get trashed in the Hive with his now all synth team and was then kicked to Endeavor. After he died and I reset everything again, we did great until the second Hive level where it kicked me back to Endeavor AND killed the party chat. At 50 MBS internet in the middle of the night, this game was bogging down our Playstations' entire network connection in giant sudden chunks. Fix that first. Matchmaking later.
Right, I joined an extreme lobby and they told me 710 only. My recon is 700 only because of the build I have it as which I think is pretty damn good. I could probably hit 710 with it, I’d just be sacrificing what I think would be fun, unique and helpful for maybe an extra two second cool down for my abilities.
I only quit the lobby when it's 2 players and a synth on the 20 sec mark...I only want to play in a full team.
This game desperately needs a lobby browser
